As we grow up our identity is built by the people in our lives and experiences we face everyday. In the visual representation I have created about of my life, I chose 3 things I feel have had the most impact on my growth as a person. In my visual representation I chose to put all my images inside the door of a tent that is looking out into the world. I chose this specific representation because of how much the outdoors means to me, and how the outdoors connects me to my family. Starting in the center of my visual representation and working out ward I have represented family using a family photo, travel/outdoors using pictures of my favorite equipment and travel destinations and track and field using my track spikes and pole vault pictures. I also used many quotes to support the importance that these three areas hold to me.

For me this passion is the outdoors, I have demonstrated my love for the outdoors in the second circle of photos in my visual representation. Along with the images I also chose the largest most important piece of my visual being an open door tent, in which the images were placed inside. Along with the outdoors I have chose to also represent traveling, as I feel they go hand in hand. Because of my love for the outdoors it has allowed me to travel too many amazing places. Some of my favorite places I have traveled include, Vancouver island, Utah, California, Mexico and Florida. I feel that traveling has shaped me and fed my need for adventure, it has also exposed me to many other cultures and societies which has led to my plans for the future in anthropology. So, weather its climbing K2, hiking the West Coast Trail or simply taking a walk in the park, the outdoors has always been a place I feel free and can release my burning passion for traveling and
