Vivid Peach Research Paper

Sometime around in the winters of 2016, Maybelline launched a whole new range of their word-famous baby lips lip balms called Bright Out Loud. I purchased this shade "Vivid Peach" from the same range in my recent Amazon haul. Want to know if this new version of baby lips is better than the previous ones? Then keep on reading!

Thankfully, it is not too light for me. I am skeptical about buying peach coloured makeup products ever since I purchased peach personality lipstick by Maybelline which looks hella terrible on me!  This shade is beautiful though! It is nicely pigmented, if you want a lighter tint then just swipe it once or if you want an intense tint, swipe it 3-4 times. To get an intense swatch for the pictures, I swiped it around 3 times. Whenever you are wearing a brown Smokey eye makeup look, you can skip applying a nude lipstick and use this lip balm instead to get a hint of colour on your lips!

This lip balm feels extremely creamy and moisturizing. It contains menthol / peppermint (which none of the previous BL lip balms did) so it gives a cooling sensation to the lips. If you don't like that cooling effect, then I will suggest you not to try this range. I used to find it annoying at first, but now I love it! :) The staying power this new baby lips is pretty much okay. Just like any other lip balm, it would not survive meals for sure. You have to reapply it in every 2-3 hours.
