There have been so many individuals that have contributed with initiating change, by contributing to growth that we have are with Mary McLeod Bethune, Marva Collins, Rosa Parks, W.E.B. Du Bois, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr. Those great activists have contributed to change with voting rights, ending legal segregation including on buses to drinking from a water fountain.
