Wag the Dog, Robert Levinson
Wag the Dog is a political satire film which highlights the effects of how perception and spin on events can even fool the American media. The film closely follows the efforts of Public Relations, Marketing, Media advisers and even making use of the help of a film producer, all working for the President of the United States of America to produce a manipulation of events, by fabrication in the lead-up to an election. Less than two weeks to the election, a woman “a Firefly girl” comes forth with very serious allegations against the President, saying that he has committed sexual misconduct against her.
