Bobbie Harros' Cycle of Liberation was really interesting to me because it helped me expand my understanding of concepts I already knew. The first part of the cycle, “Waking Up,” helped me see that a shift in how someone sees the world does not have to come from a singular incident. It can also happen over the course of time.
