The Romanticism Movement was during the 1800’s. Authors and artists romanticized about the dark, evil and the middle, and people who were affected by them. They also showed dreams and how dark they could be. This is an informative thesis; I am still not sure what “the middle” is, though. : )
One example of a Romanticist author was Washington Irving, born on April 3, 1783. All his life was in New York City;, he was named after former president George Washington. He was, also the youngest of eleven children of a prosperous merchant family. Irving was fascinated by the upper class of New York and would often sneak out family prayer meetings to attend the local theater (Biography.com).Interesting!!
