Audience: Who is the target audience?

Overall Appearance: Logo, overall look.
The logo could be more appealing. It looks like a rocket. I do not believe the logo says vacation.
The shade of blue feels sad and needs an up lift. The photo’s help in representing what Baderman has to offer and the slide show on the home page adds a nice touch. However, the background image of water needs an update because it looks gloomy as if fog was coming in.
I would suggest a logo that is unforgettable, like a palm tree. The correct logo will scream beach getaway catch the viewer’s attention.

Site Theme: Colors, photos, easily understandable, Does it represent the company?, How is it on the eyes?

I think we should stick with the blue theme but use a gradient fade to resemble the sky. The background image will need to be updated so our visitors do not feel Baderman is a boring and choose a different location to visit. The slide show was a good touch, but we should add it to each page, with images that will capture the title of the page.
