A: The main goal of the Persons Case was to clarify if women were Qualified persons.
Q: What did you do after the Persons Case was settled?
Q: How did the Persons Case start?
A: I was a judge in Alberta and I wanted to become the first female senator. Prime Minister Borden said no to me becoming a senator because of section 24 in the British North American Act.

A: Yes, there were some struggles. The Supreme court of Canada said that women were not considered as persons.
