When I first learned of the phone of this problem I contacted the manger Ms. Diggs on May 20, 2015 at you company, and was told that nothing could be done about my phone problem. I believe that this response is unfair because I think the company should replace all products within 90 days of purchased if it doesn’t work. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you gone to do about my compliant.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 30 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
