All three of these things have impacted me and entice me. I believe that to make the world better for our kids in the future, we need to take care of the world we have now. The things happening in the world are going to cause permanent damage if we do not stop or improve our methods. I will flourish on campus with these values. I will value them and appreciate them because they are something that I value and am interested in. I want to learn how to be a more eco-friendly human. Along with how to be more diverse and seek justice for inequalities. To do this, I will join multiple clubs at PLU and participate in activities that focus on these ideas. I have recently been exposed to diversity. I went to Conway Elementary School from kindergarten to eighth grade with the same fifty students. Most of us were middle-class caucasian kids with the same family dynamics and values. When I started at Mount Vernon High School my Freshman year of high school I was shocked. Not only because of the number of students in my class but also because of the diversity within my class. My class is made up of about 225 kids, each student is unique, with different values, beliefs, and interests from me. I have had the privilege of meeting many of them and
