The First Amendment allows citizens to have the religion they believe in and allows them to have freedom of speech. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof or abridging the freedom of speech” (Citation CSS Ave, 316). Citizens are able to pick their own freedom and what they believe their religion is. They have the right to freedom of speech. “No soldier shall in time of people be quartered in any house”. People can not be forced to have soldiers in their houses without their permission.
