The Cold Stone Creamery and Intercultural Communication video reminded me how important teamwork is. It doesn’t matter what position you are. All the worker share same goal is the key to success.

In the video, “team” defined as “group of workers with shared missions and visions, and corrective responsibility.”. When I was working at ZARA, we had sales goals every month, and it effects our commission. In order to achieve the goal, we needed share our knowledge, be supportable to each other. Example; show new products we received to the workers who didn’t work on delivery day.
