It was emotionally hard to watch because I learned that so many families and innocent people are killed every day because of the bombings that occur. The images that were shown were difficult to see because they showed struggling lives trying to free themselves from the rubble that falls from the buildings. Two of the most emotional instances for me that were displayed included when a man filmed a bomb dropping just in front of him and the story of the month old child who was stuck underground. The first instance caught me off guard and made me gasp out loud. A man was carrying a camera and running towards a vehicle when a bomb went off just on the other side of the car. He was thrown back and got up shortly after to continue running, however the men who were closer to the bomb did not get back up. It was a very loud and powerful image that made me really understand the seriousness of what is happening in Syria. The second instance occurred after The White Helmets (the Syrian civilians who rescue those who are attacked) had thought they had rescued everyone they could from a bomb sight.
