Anxiety, created by Edward Munch, is an oil painting on canvas. It was created in 1894, and its dimensions are 37x28 inches and is in the style expressionism. Munch used a wide array of colors in this piece. Firstly, Munch created the skyline with yellows and oranges and as the painting continues down dark tones of purple, black, and finally green are displayed. The main image is of individuals standing on some sort of bridge or ledge. A women is in front with a line continuing of only male figures. Only three of the numerous figures appear be to fully seen, while the others are faces are blurred.
