Process performance Currently the company doesn’t have the close control over its front line staffs which means the management are not fully aware of the daily operational performance and customers complaints. In the long turn this will bring the negative impacts to the business operation and performance level.
Technology performance All the logistics companies are applying the new and advanced technologies to perform their daily tasks. ZieTel Logistics needs to invest to upgrade its internal operation and equipment to ensure maximum customer satisfaction will be achieved.
Structure performance ZieTel Logistics needs to invest and improve its communication procedures to ensure all the staffs within different branches, stores and states are receiving the same correct business messages and decisions. No staffs should be left out or get confused within the information flow
