These days kids are becoming obnoxious, unhealthy, anti-social and dropping grades. And to think this is all happening because of one little thing… screens! Parents must put a time limit on screens before it gets any worse.
A big issue for kid’s health is the use of screens, it affects your child’s growth, mental and physical health. It is a proven fact that kids that are on screens for more than two hours a day have more cravings for unhealthy snacks and sleeping disorders. The blue light from the screen blocks out the chemical in our brain called Melatonin which makes us feel tired, so kids can be awake late through the night and not getting enough sleep. we really need to put a stop to this before your kids get even more unhealthy and sick. All your children are becoming couch potatoes, on screens and eating unhealthy it is not good enough. Not only are kids getting unhealthy from screens they are also getting anti-social and not getting involved with the real world.

It is true that kids between 12 and 17 years old spend at least three hours a day on screens, and they don’t even realise the damage it is doing to their social skills and health. If we don’t do anything about screens soon it will get so bad that we will not be going outside we will just stay inside and find internet friends which are people we don’t even know! It is very sad that about 20 years ago you could see kids playing on the streets but now there just inside on screens. Don’t blame anyone for you being anti-social when it’s all on you! Take the extra mile to organise a catch up with your friend don’t just do it online. It is becoming disgraceful that we are even dropping grades in school all because of these addictive hand-held
