Many NFL players use steroids to help them gain muscle. For example, a player called Lyle Alzado has used anabolic steroids. It all started in 1971 when he joined the Cleveland Browns and played the defensive end. Between 1969-1978, he decided to use anabolic steroids to help him in his career which made him the super bowl champion in 1978. After years of using steroids, he got a brain tumor which got him killed in 1992 at an age of 42.
Anabolic steroids has ruined careers for many athletes.
