Institutional racism is happening all around us in today’s world. It can take place in many different places and be seen by many people. But no one does anything about it. The one that sticks out the most to is Racial Profiling. Racial Profiling is when their race or ethnicity is used against them as grounds for suspecting someone of having committed an offense. Which it is used the most by law enforcement. Racial Profiling is something that needs to end immediately. It is causing tons of problems and it is violating human rights. No human should even be profiled wrongly. Racial Profiling is causing a lot of problems with police and the government. But the police are the only ones to blame for racial profiling. People also play a big part in racial profiling too. They are part of the reason that cops profile these people the way they do. There has to be a lot done to stop people for getting racial profiles. Police might get a call about a black man holding a gun from some citizen and it most likely won’t be a gun. Citizen even use it to and they might not even know it.
