Generally, when we think of obedience, we think of doing what one is instructed to do. Why are people more obedient than others? Why was Hitler so superior? And why were the German people so obedient to his command? These are questions a social psychologist named Stanley Milgram was determined to find out he planned to prove that the Germans were different by scientific experimentation.
