King Arthur is the strongest leader because King Arthur created chivalry which means that an embodied knight must have courage courtesy ( To women ) loyalty and honesty. He also thought that everyone was equally the same this is why he created the roundtable so that no one knight could be better than another knight. also he would not fight unless he was provoked.
