Some people believe Odysseus was a hero. One reason people might say he was a hero , was because of how he saved his wife. They might say that because he saved his wife in a smart way that didn't harm his wife or any of his allies. But, they are forgetting that Odysseus' earlier actions caused the suitors to show up in his kingdom in the first place. If Odysseus didn't anger Poseidon, he wouldn't have been gone for twenty years, and the suitors wouldn't have shown up. Another reason that the people are wrong about Odysseus being a hero, is because of the way he got rid of the suitors.
