The Odyssey is a story that was written years ago. It features a hero named Odysseus. He was considered a hero for three reasons. The three reasons were he made it home in time before his wife remarried. Another reason he is considered a hero is because he helped his men escape from the cyclops cave. The last reason he is labeled a hero is because when he returned home he got revenge on the scooters that were evil to his son and was supposed to remarry his wife.
