In determining the achievement of individual New Deal programs, one relevant factor is which social class it targeted. While the entire population was suffering from economic instability, the most effective programs were aimed at the working class.
The New Deal was Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s programs and plans to help the nation recover from The Great Depression.
