A man was arrested December 11, 2015 for murdering a fort mill mother inside her hime town. Her body was found in a barrel that had been set on fire an hour away in rural chester county. It was said he hit and kicked Tiffany to death before he tried to get rid of her body. The man they said killed Tiffany Williams is a man named John Coddingtons.
