In order to improve the issues that could not be solved with too less government, representatives were advised to attend conventions. Beard explains, the men that attended these conventions were very experienced in the world of politics. After he lays out who came together, he talked about the right to property being the topic that the men were most anxious about. Beard supports his statement with a few quotes from Governor Morris and King that express that property was the main goal of society.
