The American dream means different things to different people. According to William Zinesser’s “ The Right to Fail” the American dream is getting ahead of everyone else. He feels that the American dream is having our own say in if we fail or succeed. Zinesser also thinks that TV commercials and ads play a big role in material successes. I agree with Zinesser.
