Many women are viewed as a second choice. Men are usually the leaders in workforce and in many situations women are often paid substantially less. The population of girls attending school increased more than 39 000 students from 2004 to 2014.
Violence against women continues to undermine efforts to reach all goals. Poverty is a major barrier to secondary education, especially among older girls. Women are largely downgraded to more vulnerable forms of employment. Men should be educated to treat women with equality.
