The science fair project that I will be doing is what bat hits the furthest. The bats I will be using are a Usssa demarini voodoo 2013 31inches 26 ounces,a bbcor marucci black 2011 31 inches 28 ounces and lastly i am also using a 32 inch 29 ounce wood bat(Robby’s head). The point of this project is to see the difference between wood, bbcor aluminum bats, and usssa aluminum bats.The change in the rules in the bbcor and usssa from not having any regulations on your bat was because people were getting hurt in games, the ball came off the bat too quickly. What they did to the bats was they thickened the walles of the outer half of the bat and that made it have less jump to the ball off the bat.
