INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
An interview was done as part of the assignment given to us in order to determine occupations, environment and roles of an individual and the relationship between them. In this regard, Muataz, the interviewee, was interviewed for the purpose of being analysed as an occupational being and determining the above terms.

1.2 Purposes
This report will describe Muataz occupations, environment, and roles. It will also analyse the relationship between them and the effects of these areas on his health and well-being.

Thus, it could involve the personal factors of Muataz. For example, Muataz is an Australian Muslim young male with Arabic Iraqi cultural background and has a good general health and cognitive ability, motor and sensory capability, social interaction skills, and a healthy body functions and structures.

2.2 Environment
Law et al. (1996) describe the environment as the context, affected by the person and the person is affected by it, in which the occupational performance occurs. It has five aspects, cultural, socioeconomic, institutional, physical, social aspect (Law et al., 1996; Turpin & Iwama, 2011). Therefore, Muataz environment can be identified as the following:
➢ Cultural: Islamic believes and values, ethnic group, western culture and other cultures people hold where he lives.
➢ Socioeconomic: part-time job as financial resources, level of education, middle socioeconomic class.
➢ Institutional: behavioral principles inside Muataz house, in mosques, in the university and classrooms, and in the work place, the rules of soccer ball game, the Australian rules for fishing or car

PEO model categorizes occupations according to the type of human activities including activity, task, and occupation (Law et al., 1996). However, this categorization may not reflect the purpose and perception of Muataz about his occupations. As a result, this report describes occupations through OTPF. It categorizes occupations into activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), rest and sleep, education, work, play, leisure, and social participation and every specific occupation may classify according to a client’s perspective (AOTA, 2014).
