Dear Madam,
This proposal is in regards with switching my work to fully telecommuting type. I’ve analyzed the situation in every possible way, and think that, this is the best for my own productivity and the company as a whole. This proposed plan supports progressive workplace practices that are used by some of the world’s biggest companies such as: AT&T, CISCO or even IBM. After a lot of research and even testing myself, I've gathered a couple of points to support my idea. I hope this will make you understand me more clearly.
1. Improved productivity: like I said previously, this will mean improved productivity for me. The primary reason given is that the multiple, endless, disruptions at the office create a work pattern that is subject to repeated restarts. These disruptions occur when coworkers stop by to chat with each other or supervisors pop in.
2. Flexibility: I would be able to schedule my work time; meaning scheduling work at my best productive times and more especially around the demands of my private life.
3. Reduced costs: Companies with well-organized telecommuting programs have found a number of ways to reduce the space and requirements for employees. Companies with a large number of telecommuters have actually reduced their office space requirements, and, subsequently, their rents, by insisting that telecommuting employees share space and other resources at their company facilities.
