Living back then you always respected your elders, even if you have never meant them before.This was the way her people lived. Without a doubt, she lived a rough life, just as all native americans did. They did not have an easy life, each day they had to fight to life. Kiowa people, hunted for their food, and made their own house. This in a way relates to ranchers and how they eat the food they raise. Furthermore, my people the Sioux did the same, the battle day after day to stay alive. All in all, native american people of any tribe are connected to each other.
The Coyote and the Buffalo, a story to explain why buffalo do not travel along the river's edge, and to show why coyotes are to never be trusted. Obviously, knowing where the buffalo travel is important to native american people. Great Buffalo were the main source of protein for our people.
