American culture changed in several ways in the years after World War II. One of the biggest changes was the new automobile culture of the 1950s. Write three or more well-organized paragraphs describing at least three significant changes in the way Americans lived and worked that came about because of the automobile.

The 1950’s American automobile cultures has had an amazing effect on Americans work industry and how they lived because the Americans manufacturing switched from making war-related items to consumer goods at the end of world war 2 and by the end of the 1950’s more Americans were employed directly into the industry. Most factories had made the transition to a consumer based economy by the 1950’s them doing that made the economy better and wealthy.
The automobile gave people a better opportunity to see what lies outside of the place they have lived in for so long because they had more money to do stuff. Most people saved the money they had made during the war to pay off stocks. In all about one fifth of the nations lived in poverty. African Americans were earning more than they were in 1940’s. The overall average standard of living arose in the postwar United Sates.
The organized labor suffered a setback with the restrictions due to the
