As per discussion, your shipment was delivered to our warehouse today, December 21, 2016. Receiving status usually takes 14 calendar days upon delivering the shipment to our warehouse. The said update and time frame was provided due to the high volume of the shipment that Amazon receives at this point of season. However, the said time frame will be lessen if the shipment was properly prepared and all information provided was correct.…show more content… To be eligible for research, your shipment must:
