I knew that I had to get off my comfort zone and start learning. Therefore, on the first day of work, I learned the basics by going out to the field with my leader and I just observed the way she was pitching the customers. Furthermore, the good thing is that everyone meets up in the office at 10 A.M. before we are assigned to set out to the stores. In the office, we go over some sales theories, product knowledge and do some role plays with a partner before setting out to the field. This is where I got to learn most of the stuff in order to be good sales representative. In the first two weeks, I struggled in producing any sales but as I learned all the theories and mastered the pitch, I started to improve.
