Tasktop Technologies is an IT company. The company provides open source (Mylyn) and commercial (Tasktop Dev and Tasktop Sync) solutions for organizations modernizing application lifecycle management (ALM) or adopting Agile who need integration with their existing and future ALM stacks. This company also provides visibility and traceability across the various constituents involved in software development lifecycle including managers, business analysts, testers, and developers, providing collaboration previously unavailable to organizations (“Connecting the World of Software Delivery.”, 2011).
The challenge is to recommend a system to the client, a company that requires IT services. I will have to compare and contrast the systems available from Tasktop with two other solutions, then recommend the best, based on the following criteria: flexibility, scalability, reliability, support, and cost.
I will research different companies' systems and compare them. And I will analyze the problems that the systems have.
