Star Wars became one of the most popular films in America since the day it came out in the 1970’s. During the time the film was released America was facing some difficult time and they were all hoping for answers. In the film Yoda is the one who brings hope which is similar to the American seeking for hope in religion. When it comes to the diversity in the it is similar to how diverse America was becoming diverse at the time as well. As for the movie did reflect on the 1970’s it created news ones that helped shape America and give them hope of a better future. Such as, when watching the film it can be seen as very diverse. From the start of the movie it is very diverse with people, Yoda the Jedi Master, R2-D2, Chewbacca, C-3PO, Wampa.
