The place I chose to visit was Yoga Sol, in Minneapolis. I attended a 17 people session, called “Yoga Sculpt” on Tuesday, October 3rd, at 10:30 am. This class was lead by Danielle, a short woman with black hair. The reason why I chose to come to a yoga session is because I’ve never done yoga and Yoga Sol is donation based, meaning that you can attend the class for free, but they really appreciate donations.

I decided to bring my heart rate monitor and record the whole class. My heart was at an average of 134 beats per minute, with a maximum reaching at 158. Although it did not get me in the zone, it did require a lot of energy. Once class was finished, I retrieved the yoga mat and returned it to the front. I thanked Danielle for being great instructor and having patience with me. I donated 15 dollars, and so did my friend. We headed back to campus, sore and
