You just never know when you might just get cancer. Many people get it unexpectedly, and many already expect it to get it because it comes in their genes. I think only God knows if you will have cancer or not. I mean you can never be 100% you will or not. You can have a 99% chance of getting cancer because of your family history, but you can be that one percent that doesn’t get it. Yes there are some factors you can do to cause yourself to get cancer without having anything in your genes. For example, being outside too much and exposing yourself to UV rays and cause skin cancer. But there are things to prevent that too. For example wear sunscreen protection on your skin to protect you from those rays and lessen the chances of you getting skin cancer. If it runs in your genes there is basically nothing you can do about it, you can’t really prevent it. All you can do when you get it is get it treated and keep taking your medications. But if you don’t have any history of cancer in your family, you shouldn’t do anything that can cause you to get it. One of the major reasons some people cause themselves cancer is by smoking. The thing you have to do is to not use tobacco. Not smoking is one of the most important health decisions you can make. It can reduce your risk of several cancers, including lung, esophagus, larynx, mouth, bladder, kidney, pancreas, cervix, and stomach. Every time you smoke a cigarette, you inhale more that 60 substances that can cause your self to become cancerous. A little buzz of the tobacco and relaxation can cause you cancer and if not curable, death. Another thing you can do to avoid cancer that happened to one of my family members is avoid potentially carcinogenic compounds found in car exhaust and in sealant products, benzene, asbestos and many other chemicals that can be bad for you. For the most part, try to avoid automobile fumes and similar air impurities. Things you can do to reduce your chances of getting cancer for the more part is eating healthy and doing exercise. Although making healthy selections at the grocery store and at mealtime can’t guarantee cancer prevention, it might help reduce your risk. Maintaining a healthy weight might lower the risk of various types of cancer, including cancer of the breast, prostate, lung, colon and kidney. Physical activity counts too. In addition to helping you control your weight, physical activity on its own might lower the risk of breast cancer and colon cancer. Adults who participate in any amount of physical activity gain some health benefits. Why wait until we’re adults when we can start now young to prevent ourselves form getting
