If an individual wants to live a healthy life, then they need to stop buying the unhealthy foods. Nowadays, it seems that something that isn't right with us is easier to blame as somebody else’s fault, but in this case, we are the ones responsible. We choose what kinds of foods go into our mouths. No one is pointing a gun to your head and forcing you to eat the quarter pound burger and a side of small fries with a large pop, at least I hope not. Point is, a person shouldn’t sue a fast food place just because they got fat from eating their food, even with the excuse that they were misinformed about the calories by false advertising. However, fast food restaurants must make laws to change their business practices and be more responsible for the way they make and sell their products. At the end of the day though, instead of people relying on or worrying about the government to make policies that will change the way fast food restaurants work, people need to start thinking with their money. Is that $7 Burger really worth being $7 less, but 7 pounds more? The average American spends around $1,200 a year on fast food alone. So just think, one could be $1,200 richer at the end of the year if they don't buy fast
