1. Brain damage may occur when the brain is starved of oxygen for a prolonged period of time. Damage can occur as a result of a wide range of injuries, illnesses, or conditions some of the most common occurrences are car accidents, sports injuries, and physical violence. Some major effects of brain damage can include difficulty processing information, expressing thoughts, and understanding others. Some of the intellectual issues a person my face can include change in vision, hearing, or sense of touch and the ability to sense time. A person that has brain damage will face several emotional issues as well most people are more irritable and impatient, often sluggish and deny disabilities and tend to have an increase in aggression. Anyone that has a head or brain injury should receive medical attention immediately after the incident a brain injury that seems mild such as a concussion can be just as dangerous as any head injury. The key factors are the location and damage. Not all brain or head injuries result in long-term or permanent damage. But the correct treatment is needed to contain or minimize the damage. Most head and brain injuries are treated with extensive therapy.
2.
