Mexican Immigrants had their share of struggling with equality, as they would try to get better rights by coming to the United States. “In 2014, more than 11.7 million Mexican immigrants resided in the United States…”. They tend to have much lower education and are very likely to be in a service type of profession. Mexican immigrants had lower incomes compared to the foreign and native-born population. 18 percent of all immigrant families and 10 percent of native-born families lived in poverty whereas 28 percent of Mexican immigrant families lived in poverty. “Mexicans represent the largest unauthorized immigrant group in the United States.”
