Tell me 5 things you learned from the book that you didn’t know before. While reading the book, I learned an abundance of new terms I didn’t know before this class, which was interesting to me. We also learned a bit of psychology when learning about how our brains think and why it thinks the way it does. I learned how to efficiently fight with another human, which is very useful considering most people argue with someone at some point in their life. I also learned how to communicate with my family and friends better which is beneficial to keeping relationships between people I love. I learned how to make group projects work more time efficiently and with better communication. We learned how to give different types of speeches and what those speeches entail. We learned how to make the class environment friendly towards everyone so we could all be open and well acquainted. I learned how to give a better speech and what I need to work on independently to be an awesome public speaker. Finally, I learned how to use my time wisely on our workdays for class. I was able to get my homework/speeches/projects done on time and had also had time to practice.
Tell me what it was you liked least about this class. My least favorite part of this class was giving speeches. They stressed me out and I have never been very good at public speaking. I get lightheaded and mumble my words, so it’s an awful experience for me. My high school speech class and this CTA class could not break my fear. I will never know why it makes me so nervous but it does. Tell me what it was you liked most about this class. The most enjoyable part of this class was having a fun environment to learn in. I never felt judged when I was giving a speech, and I felt respected. I liked the activities we would do to make everyone in the class closer and less awkward. Overall, the class was very fun and
