There is such a strong presence of marijuana in the series since the 1970’s were said to be full of the stuff.
As said before, the series shows a group of teenage friends. The character that one could argue is more of the main character than any other is Eric Foreman.He is the youngest and only son of Red Forman (“Eric Forman”1). Eric is a generally nice guy who also happens to be the typical geeky, awkward, clumsy teenager. Eric typically tends to have a rather shallow sense of humor. His father is the average blue collar war veteran that has his ways set in the old days. His father is also typically very hard on Eric and there are only a few episodes that he is nice to Eric. The next in line is Eric’s girlfriend Donna Pinciotti. Donna is to good for Eric, as most of their friends see. Donna is an attractive redhead that has been Eric’s next door neighbor since they were only toddlers. Donna and Eric’s relationship lasts for almost seven seasons of the show. The next on the list is Jackie Burkhart. Jackie is the snobby, stuck up rich girl that thinks the world owes her whatever she wants. She has very shallow morales.
