And if I stumble along the way, I will disintegrate and learn from the cycle of rebirth and renewal of the Phoenix. In 7th grade, I am looking forward to an amazing year of learning and pushing myself even harder than last year. In a teacher, I would like someone who willingly holds conversations and is lively and full of ideas. Knowledge is very valuable, and as Albert Einstein once said, "It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge." From this, I can conclude that a good teacher is not judged upon the amount of homework he or she gives or the difficulty of his or her lessons, but upon the sparks of knowledge she ignites in her. If I judge my own habits as a student, I'd say that there is the good and the bad. I am an independent learner who is focused and stays on top of my school work. I can get things done efficiently and without a compromise in quality. I am not too good at choosing suitable books for my level that interest me. Usually, the books that fit my interests go in a 5th Grade level, when I should be reading at a 7th grade level or even higher. I keep pushing to find interesting books in higher levels, but I just don’t find these books 'good enough!' This is one thing I am looking forward to improving in 7th
