Marine Science Academy With where we live in the world, I feel like it is my job to take advantage of my surroundings. Living on the coast may seem beneficial for its beaches, but there's more to it than that. One thing that comes along with living on the coast is the study of marine science. While the schools I have attended have tried to incorporate marine science, I still haven’t be exposed to much of it. I want to learn marine science because the ocean plays such a large part in my life, and I wish to know more about it. When I took biology as a freshman, I was always interested by ecosystems, food webs, and how they work. Yet with biology, there is so much to cover that we never got to truly dig deeper into the ecosystem right beyond
