Being able to work in Loss Prevention would be considered the highest honor for me as an associate of Kmart. I have a background of retail and many unique skills, which I feel could be put to some great use in this department. Currently as an Exit Monitor I have the job of watching the front and reporting upon my findings but know there is more that can be done on my part as a member of the Loss Prevention team. SAFETY is my number one priority and as an individual I will be a high ethic of safety into the work place. Ever since my first retail job I have made keeping myself and others safe a first priority.
