I believe that if Abraham Lincoln hadn’t died, our nation would be different.
The people in the America would get along with each other . Lincoln was a great president, he had great plan for reconstruction to provide peace and safety for the country.

My first reason is that Lincoln’s plan would have given voting rights to former slaves and given them a voice in government. By giving voting right to black males their vote could have change laws sooner.
