As said by Marcus Tullius Cicero, “An unjust peace is better than a just war”. Why provoke unessential war? Why sacrifice hundreds of innocent lives to change something perfectly adaptable? One cannot pick and choose what laws to obey and what laws to disobey. If this were permitted, the world would be complete chaos. Laws are not there for one to choose to follow. As a citizen of a country, it is one's civil obligation to obey the laws provided by the government. These laws are not put in place to provoke misery upon it’s obligated followers. On the contrary, they are made for the benefit of society. The government wants what's best for its citizens, therefore providing them with laws that are meant to help, not hurt.
