Jeffrey great post this week. I agree with some of the points that you made in your interpretation of this week’s reading easy Depression by Andrew Solomon. I agree with the point you made when it came to you not agreeing with Andrew Solomon saying that someone must go through mild depression before they go to server depression. Solomon statement "Major depression is a birth and a death: it is both the new presence of something and the total disappearance of something.” I thought this statement had a different meaning from what you stated. I thought what Solomon meant by this statement is when a person goes through depression he or she goes through dramatic changes which part of there personality dies and a new person may emerge, for example
