In today’s era, physical appearance or characteristic are used as a parameter to measure someone beauty and success, they willing to push their body to an extreme level just to achieve perfections in their physical appearance. Unfortunately, there are some people who take this problem to a peak which lead them to develop eating disorder. The most common eating disorder are called anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. Anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa are often discussed among worldwide population as it effect a lot of adult and even teenagers around 15-19 years old. The most obvious similarities is that both anorexic and bulimic are said to be as eating disorder which lead them to death if untreated and also that both of this disorder are possible to recover when undergo treatment. In addition, people who are suffering from this illness are often worried about their body weight and the fear of being severely overweight. A studies in one of the famous dieting university found that this eating disorder is more frequently diagnosed in females but men can experience them also. The cause of this disorder might be vary but the most common cause is by genetic factor and environment factor.in the case of genetic factor, they might inherited from their parents. He other factor which is environmental factor they could influenced by their friends or people surrounding them. This both disorder said to be dangerous as the person who suffered from anorexic and bulimic could probably harm their self or even try suicide attempts. The reason of doing such activity is because they just can’t accept their body weight and they think that they are severely overweight and shame on their body weight.
